Rafal Warzybok
Born in Krakow, Poland, Rafal Warzybok completed his M.F.A. degree at the ASP School of Fine Arts in Krakow, majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Photography. In 2005 he moved with his family to Vancouver where he pursued studies in BCIT Desktop Publishing studies. He now resides in Pemberton, British Columbia where he has founded his own business, Rafal Digital Imaging Studio. He is also an accomplished digital artist, graphic designer, and photographer.
The imagery in his work reflects his deep passion and respect for the natural world, which his productions capture in both its simplicity and transcendent power. His artistry is versatile and embraces collage-based experiments, black and white photography, portraiture, antiquing of photographs, oil painting, woodcut, watercolour, and ink pencil drawing.
Besides producing a diverse array of photography and graphic-design-based work, Rafal Studio also includes these services: creative print & web design, prepress services, and use of graphic software to manipulate images and print files.
