Mike Crane
After spending years working around the globe in Australia, France, Japan and the Channel Islands all while traveling through numerous other countries in Europe and Asia, Mike has now settled in Whistler and is focusing on a successful career as a professional photographer.
Continuously inspired by his surroundings, Mike takes pleasure in documenting the varying aspects of his own backyard and beyond being a regular contributor to several local publications also having his work published as far as New Zealand and Japan.
His main focuses are documenting Mountain Culture and was recently selected to tell the story of Whistler through the picture BC project as selected by a panel of judges.
Mike also captures the many events that Whistler hosts as well as working as a commercial and wedding photographer. Having a tremendous passion for his work he truly enjoys what he does and looks forward to the chance to take on any project with a high sense of professionalism.
